ATTENTION HOMEOWNERS

Workout Room Update
Workout room had been repaired and cameras have been installed.  It is ready for use.  Again, the locks have been changed and your old key WILL NOT work.   You will need to be current on your homeowner dues prior to receiving a new key.  You will also sign an updated form with rules for the workout room.  There is no charge for a new workout room key since we changed the locks. It is important that each of us using the facilities are respectful of the property, this includes our teenagers! For a new key please email fhoa@fairfieldmadison.com to schedule a convenient time.

Updated Workout Room Key Agreement 2024

REMINDER – Please adhere to the Pool closure signs.  The pool is typically closed on Mondays for cleaning.  It will not re-open until Tuesday morning.  In the event of a holiday (Memorial Day, July 4th if it falls on a Monday or Labor Day) pool will be closed the following Tuesday and will re-open on Wednesday morning.

Homeowners Requests and/or Concerns – Email fhoa@fairfieldmadison.com This email was created for all homeowners to use when submitting any kind of correspondence to the board.   This email is checked on a daily basis.  It is the desire of the board to have a central point of contact and to make our response(s) timelier.

ANY Change to the outside of your home – Just a reminder that ANY change/addition to the outside of your home requires board approval.  EVEN IF THE COLORS ARE THE SAME – approval is still required.  Please refer to the section, Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Requirements under the Residents login.

Roof Replacement – We have had several roofs with damage from the hail storms.  REMINDER – written approval must be received from the board and the city requires a permit prior to replacing a roof.  The city will NOT issue a permit without an approval letter from the FHOA board.  Even if you are replacing your roof with the exact same roof color – written approval is required.   Check the residents login for step by step process to obtain approval from the board.

Clubhouse Rental – Email fhoarental@gmail.com indicating the date and time you would like to rent the facility.  In your email be sure to include your name, address, contact phone numbers and the date and time you would like to rent the Clubhouse.  Your reservation is not confirmed until a deposit is received.  Homeowners must be current on dues to reserve clubhouse.

Need Keys – You must be current on dues and a homeowner must pick up the key (a child, even adult children will not be assigned keys).  If you have already been issued a key there will be a $10 charge per key.   Only pool and weight room keys are issued.  Keys are not issued to the clubhouse.  Contact Debbie Tubertini at 601.607.3073 for pool or weight room keys.
