The clubhouse is available for rental to homeowners of Fairfield. Homeowners must be current on dues to rent the facility. To reserve the clubhouse, send an email to fhoarental@gmail.com specifying date needed, time and contact information. You will receive a reply confirming rental.
Clubhouse Rules
- Turn A/C up to 80 degrees or heat to 65 degrees
- Remove all trash from premises
- Sweep & mop floors
- Wipe down counters and tables
- Put furniture in proper places. Please do not move the couches.
- Check bathrooms, sweep and mop if needed
- You are responsible for any damages incurred in the clubhouse and on the patio or pool areas, if they are used during your function.
If the pool is being used in conjunction with your clubhouse rental, you must have an adult supervision directly pool side at all times – 1 adult per five children.
