Pool Rules

Please clean area in use:  sweep away crumbs, pick up trash and place in trash cans, rearrange furniture neatly, fold down umbrellas, check for hair bands, Band Aids, etc. that may have been dropped.  Please throw them away.

  • You are required to have a pool key to access the pool area.   No pool key – NO entry
  • No Smoking Allowed
  • Pool is closed on Monday.  Pool is cleaned on this day and chemicals are strong.
  • No glass will be allowed in the pool area.
  • Check bathrooms after child’s use to insure proper flushing. 
  • Other rules as stated on board posted at end of pool.
  • All children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult (one adult to five children).

Our pool service does not clean the pool area, only the pool itself.  If we don’t take responsibility for our pool, someone else has to do it.  Besides trash this means folding umbrellas and taking care of furniture.

Remind your neighbors if you see they are leaving their area untidy.

Pool Parties

  1. Large parties of 8 or more (baseball, soccer, church groups, etc.) are allowed only on Monday.
  2. Parties (of any size) are not allowed on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
  3. Homeowners have the right to use pool if a party is held on any day other than Monday.
  4. Pool will not be rented to non-residents

Cost to Rent Facility:

$55.00 rental for 4 hours; $10.00 each additional hour.
$75.00 pool and clubhouse.
$125.00 deposit (refunded if facility is left cleaned and in order).

Rental agreement regulations for pool:
Wet swimsuits are not allowed in clubhouse.
One (1) adult per five (5) children under sixteen (16) years of age.
Adult must be pool side at all times.
Arrange furniture neatly.
Clean all trash around pool and at tables.
Remove all trash from premises (do not place in trash cans).
